If you place an order and pay on working days before 14:00 hours, your beers will be sent the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 14:00 will be shipped on Monday. We send our packages via DPD, UPS or DHL and you will receive a Track & Trace link as soon as your package has been shipped. CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF EUROPE except the UNITED KINGDOM!
UK Disclaimer: Since the exit of the UK from the European Union, parcels travelling from Europe to the UK may be subjected to added VAT costs and excise duties. When ordering, keep in mind your carrier might ask you to pay those to release the goods. The added costs from VAT and excise duties are the receiver's responsibility, and we reserve ourselves the right to refuse returns and refunds in this situation.

Returns
You can return your package up to 14 days after purchasing. Please send an email to [email protected] and we will inform you of the procedures to ship your package back to us. Upon return of the package you will get a full refund.
